How does the free Reputation Safeguard offer work?
The offer is 100% free (a $582 value), and you get up to 10 closings per month to add to the system. We just ask that if you're happy to leave us a review; and if not, to please let us know how we could improve the service. There’s no payment information required. The service is completely free for six months. You can cancel at any time.
To get started, please fill out the short form and sign up for the free offer. Once that’s completed, we handle the setup and send you a brief onboarding email explaining the next steps.
We then configure the system for you, including professionally written messages, timing, and follow-ups that are already optimized for real estate transactions. If you ever want to change wording, timing, or forms, you’re free to customize anything at any time.
To keep everything consistent and automated, we set up a simple system using Google Sheets. After each closing or completed transaction, you or your assistant just add the client’s name and email to the list. From there, review requests and follow-ups are sent automatically at the right times.
Near the end of the free period, we’ll send a reminder email so you can decide whether you’d like to continue. If you choose to keep the service running, the cost is $47 per month for up to 5 closings, $97 per month up to 10 closings, or $147 per month for up tp 20 closings. If you don't want to contiune, simply let the free period end, there’s no obligations.
How are review requests sent to my clients?
Review requests are sent as branded emails using your name and logo, and replies go directly to your inbox. Your clients experience a white-glove, professional feedback process that feels like a natural part of working with your business.
Rather than sending a single request, clients are guided through a short 4 email sequence until they leave a review. This allows for polite reminders spaced out over time, which significantly increases the likelihood that satisfied clients actually leave a review, without you needing to follow up manually.
Each message is written to be brief, professional, and respectful of your client relationships.
The result is a steady, professional system for requesting reviews that feels natural to your clients and keeps your reputation active without adding extra work to your day.

Will this feel automated or impersonal to my clients?
Not at all. Messages are sent using your name and branding and are written to be short, polite, and professional. The process is designed to feel like a natural follow-up rather than a marketing message, so it fits with the client experience you already provide.
How do I automated the review process?
After a closing or completed transaction, you or your team enters the client's name and email into a Google Sheet. Then, the first message is sent approximately 24 hours later. If they don’t respond, polite reminders are sent 3 days later, 7 days later, and a final follow-up 14 days after the first request. This timing is designed to be respectful of your clients while still producing consistent results.
You can also edit the timing of the sequences.
