How long does it take to see results from PPC?
PPC can start generating traffic and clicks relatively soon after launch, but real success comes from consistency and optimization. That’s why we recommend running your campaign for at least three months. This gives us enough time to gather data, test different ad creatives, refine targeting, and optimize for conversions.
The first month is all about learning: we see what’s working, what’s not, and where your best leads are coming from. By months two and three, your campaign gains momentum, costs per lead often go down, and lead quality improves. If you're serious about using paid ads to grow your real estate business, at least a 90-day window is the best way to get meaningful results.
What we typically see is that after about three months of running ads, the return on investment is strong enough that clients want to keep going because the leads are high quality and the campaign more than pays for itself. Do I need a website, landing page, or ad creative to get started?
You don't necessarily need a website. We can send traffic to your Google Business Profile or a landing page.
Having a dedicated landing page significantly improves the performance of your PPC campaign. A strong landing page helps convert more clicks into leads. If you don’t have one, we can build a high-converting, branded landing page for you. We charge $200 per landing page.
If you already have creative, we will incorporate them into your campaign. If you need help developing custom ad creative, we can provide that too. Because those needs vary by client and campaign, creative services are quoted separately after we review your goals and budget. Let us know what you need, and we’ll guide you through the most effective setup for success.
Will I be locked into a contract?
We don’t lock you into long-term contracts, but we do ask for 35 days notice before canceling your campaign. This ensures we can wind things down properly, fulfill commitments to our ad partners, and avoid disrupting your results mid-cycle.
Because of this notice period, you’re effectively committing to two months when you sign up. But it takes 3 months to fully develop an ad campaign. Anything less than that isn't a realistic time-frame for our high standards of success. We expect to work with our clients for at least those initial 3 months, but don't bind them to a contract.
